FRIENDS AND CHILDREN
Three lady friends in similar circumstances
Met in a country town where we used to live.
Having children hanging around with each other,
They (kids) thought it's tough to have a Filipino Mother.
Three single mothers, united in front, they lived to give.

To give their children guidance is the way to live.
They show them love, to enjoy life with laughters.
Discipline was instilled in those tender minds
The kids remember everything that was nice and kind.
They're blessed to have such special mothers.

In good times and bad times these chums bonded together;
In friendship firm and strong, with ties that bind.
Their children are now parents who got their own heirs;
A company's alliance and trusted partners;
They work together to keep their daily grind.

Three lady friends who are true and kind.
They now live far away, but meet in happenstance.
Gratefully happy with life reflective,
Looking back to their glum days, they thoughtfully relive;
Thankful to the Providence for giving them another chance.
