Early morning sun did not come out,
And tiny little plants begin to sprout,
For the rain has not stopped falling,
Since early morning dawn awakening.
I can hear the birds still tweeting
With a couple of them chasing,
Flying over the plants and flowers,
Enjoying the cool,watery morning.
Though the rain continues its pouring,
I thank God for all the blessings,
In everything I am so grateful,
Life is full, wonderful and beautiful,
When heart is joyful and peaceful.
This is the day that the Lord has made,
Make it part of life's moment to live,
Today's memory is part of my journey,
Everything becomes a part of me,
And I thank God for today I see,
Another day to embrace with glee.
